ORDERS & SHIPPING POLICY
All StyleBLISS Jewels designs are made-to-order. All prices on StyleBLISSJewels.com are quoted in U.S. dollars, and upfront payment is required for all purchases. Shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes will be added by StyleBLISS Jewels as necessary.
Depending on the level of labor intensity for the purchased items, verified orders placed within the continental United States can take up to two (2) weeks for delivery. The delivery time for international orders will vary depending on customs, but all customers will be provided with a status and/or tracking information. If you require your order expedited for orders placed within the continental United States, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about express shipping. Please note that P.O. Boxes cannot receive guaranteed shipping regardless of the shipping method.
Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for a flat shipping & handling charge of $8.00, unless otherwise indicated.
International Shipping: We are able to ship internationally. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. Additionally, the intended recipient will be responsible for any charges incurred by StyleBLISS Jewels as a result of returned order(s) due to refusal of delivery. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have inquiries related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
We will gladly accommodate custom changes to our designs when feasible. Please contact us to submit your request and receive further information about this specialized design service. Please note that additional charges may apply.
Please note that all Custom Orders and Sale Items are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged.
If you decide to return a StyleBLISS Jewels item purchased via StyleBLISSJewels.com, you may return the item(s) postmarked within ten (10) calendar days of its arrival for store credit only. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, limited edition and/or one-of-a-kind pieces, we are unable to refund purchases. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned or exchanged item(s). Items must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition in the same way you received the item(s) and enclosed in the original packaging for an exchange to be considered. Once your return is processed as approved, you will receive a StyleBLISSJewels.com credit confirmation notice via email with your assigned RMA number. Please note: All returned items must include the assigned RMA number with the return. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another available item of equal or greater value. The item you are requesting as an exchange for your return must be included on the Return Form provided by StyleBLISS Jewels.

For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during return shipping. Furthermore, we cannot accept responsibility for items we did not ship ourselves. All costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
We will gladly offer complimentary repairs on any StyleBLISS Jewels piece(s) postmarked within thirty (30) days of purchase under all reasonable circumstances. More than thirty (30) days is subject to a repair fee on a case-by-case basis. The additional fee is contingent upon the cause of damage, extent of wear, and/or material availability. Due to the nature of our designs, we may not be able to obtain certain components needed to repair older and limited edition items. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your specific repair request to determine whether the repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
StyleBLISS Jewels reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and/or exchanges.
If deemed repairable and depending on material availability, we will return your item(s) to you within 2-4 weeks of receiving it for repairs.

PRODUCT CARE POLICY
All StyleBLISS Jewels designs are handcrafted with care and requires delicate handling. After each wear, we suggest very gently wiping with a soft jewelry cloth and carefully placing in the StyleBLISS Jewels jewelry box, or safely enclosing in your own jewelry box. Please note that the majority of the collection is wirework and made with glass, leather, and/or suede which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting. Protection from abrasive surfaces, harsh chemicals, and liquids is strongly recommended to maintain the care and appearance of StyleBLISS Jewels pieces.
For gold and silver-plated metals, natural tarnishing may appear over time with wear. Brass metal is a material used for many StyleBLISS Jewels pieces. As a known fact, brass metal may also naturally become a darker, antique patina with repeated wear over time resulting in an oxidized (tarnished) look, yet equally beautiful finish. However, if desired, the original shine may be restored with a polishing cloth and/or by lightly applying a mixture of a few drops of mild, liquid soap and warm water to a clean, non-abrasive cloth, then carefully wipe, rinse with clear water, completely dry with a clean cloth, and gently polish the chain (only) with a soft cloth until the shiny luster reappears. Although we are suggesting this method for restoring the original shine of the brass (plated) chain, we cannot guarantee nor be responsible for any damage done to any components of StyleBLISS Jewels item(s) as a result of an attempted cleaning and polishing process.

All personal information obtained during newsletter sign-up or checkout is solely used to process your orders efficiently, to contact you regarding a particular transaction, and/or to electronically distribute information (i.e. product announcements, special offers and promotions) to you per your request as a result of your decision to join our StyleBLISS Jewels email list. If, at any time, you opt to no longer receive these announcements, you may opt-out by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Remove" as the subject heading.

SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes to maintain the security of your information while being transmitted via the Internet. Online transactions are securely processed through PayPal.
